| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植患者的心理状态及心理干预效果。方法:选择397例体外受精-胚胎移植的患者作为研究对象,采用单纯随机抽样的方法将其随机分成两组,干预组202例,对照组195例。干预组采用系统地心理护理干预,对照组采用一般的常规护理,调查两组患者的满意情况、信任度及妊娠情况。结果:干预组的患者满意情况和信任度均分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),干预组患者的妊娠情况与对照组相比虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但临床妊娠率有增高趋势。结论:不孕症患者在接受体外受精-胚胎移植的治疗过程中,针对性进行心理干预可提高患者的满意度和对生殖中心的信任度,甚至提高妊娠率。
