| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)者24h动态脉压与心电图异常的关系。方法监测62例EH者的24h动态血压和24h动态心电图(DCG)。按动态脉压分为脉压40~60 mmHg组(A组)29例和脉压>60 mmHg组(B组)33例,比较两组的24h动态血压参数和24h DCG表现。结果 B组的ST-T改变、心律失常、左心室肥厚等心电图改变显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论老年EH者24h DCG异常与脉压增大有关,脉压增大是心血管事件的主要危险因素。
