| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨桡骨远端C型骨折(28例)的手术治疗及临床疗效评价。方法:18例采用掌侧入路切开复位“T”形钢板内固定,10例采用背侧入路切开复位外固定架治疗。结果:本组全部随访,腕关节功能按改良的McBride评定标准评定,优19例,良5例,可4例,优良率85.0%。结论:手术治疗桡骨远端C型骨折能有效恢复桡骨远端的长度及关节面。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the surgical treatment of AO type C fracture of the distal radius,and to evaluate the clinical theraputic effect.Methods: Eighteen cases were treated with open reduction internal fixation with T-shaped plate through metacarpus approach and 10 cases were treated with open reduction external fixation through dorsum approach.Results: All the patients were followed up.The function of wrist joint was evaluated according to the modified McBride grading.Nineteen cases were excellent,5 cases were good and 3 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was up to 85.0%.Conclusion: Surgical treatment can effectively restore the anatomic articular surface structure of distal radius and maintain normal radius length in type C distal radius fracture. |
