中国武汉地区42名正常[牙合]Jarabak头影测量分析

目的本研究旨在通过对成人正常殆人群进行Jarabak头影测量分析，为将来更深入系统的研究及中国人正常值的提出奠定研究基础，同时也试图为Roth Williams矫治技术在国内的推广应用提供一定的临床依据。方法筛选出生于武汉市的成人正常[牙合]人群42例（其中男性22人，平均年龄24岁，女性20人，平均年龄22岁），在自然头位（Natural Head Posture，NHP）下获取头颅侧位片，在计算机辅助下进行Jarabak头影测量分析及统计学分析。结果及结论该样本中Jarabak牙性及软组织测量项目无性别差异，而在骨性测量结果中，绝大多数线距测量显示出明显的性别差异，但男女性生长方向没有明显差异。

Jarabak analysis of 42 Chinese adults in Wuhan area

Objective The aim of the presented study was to investigate the dentofacial features of Chinese normal adults by Jarabak cephalometric analysis.Methods 42 normal adults (including 22 male with mean age of 24 and 20 female with mean age of 22) were enrolled for the study.Lateral cephalometric X-rays were taken under natural head position (NHP).Computer aided methods were used for Jarabak cephalometric analysis and statistic analysis.Results and conclusions the results of the study showed that, in dental and soft tissue measurements, there were no significant differences between male and female groups.Most skeletal liner measurements showed significant difference.Male and female adults showed similar growth pattern.
