通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死的血液流变学影响及临床疗效的观察

目的观察通心络胶囊对急性脑梗死临床及血液流变学的影响,探讨该药的临床疗效。方法将120例入选的脑梗死急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组60例,治疗组60例。2组均常规脱水降颅压,改善神经细胞代谢,防止并发症及对症治疗。治疗组在此基础上口服通心络胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,通服4周。观察其用药前后血液流变学指标（全血高切指数、低切指数、全血还原粘度,总胆固醇、三酰甘油）的变化及神经缺损评分。结果治疗组与对照组比较,血液流变学、血脂水平与临床疗效,差异均有显著变化意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论通心络胶囊能有效改善血液流变学、血脂指标和脑梗死的神经缺损评分,有较好的临床疗效,是改善脑组织缺血的安全有效药物。
