| 摘 要： | 随着对脊髓损伤（spinal cord injury，SCI）研究的进步，对其机制的深入了解，认识到凋亡是脊髓继发性损伤的主要方式。在此基础上一系列的药物用于试验或临床治疗。本文对脊髓继发性损伤的药物治疗作一综述。

| Abstract: | With the progress of research, the mechanism of spinal cord injury has been indepth understood in which that apoptosis is the main mode of secondary spinal cord injury. Pharmacological intervention plays an important role in the treatment of spinal cord injury, a series of drugs is used for experimental or clinical treatment. This article reviews the current pharmacological intervention for spinal cord injury. |
