重症胰腺炎生长抑素治疗前后血小板参数的变化及意义

摘    要:目的探讨重症胰腺炎患者血小板参数变化的特点及生长抑素治疗后对其的影响。方法检测92例轻症急性胰腺炎(MAP)和49例重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者不同时期血小板计数(PLT)、血小板容积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)。结果(1)SAP组与MAP组相比,PLT、PCT明显下降(P〈0.01),MPV和PDW显著升高(P〈0.05);(2)SAP组生长抑素治疗后PLT和PCT明显升高(P〈0.01),MPV和PDW明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论SAP与MAP患者血小板参数明显不同,生长抑素治疗后PLT和PCT明显升高,血小板活性降低,提示生长抑素对SAP患者有一定治疗和预防作用。

Abstract:Objective To Study the change of the platelet parameter in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and therapeutic efficacy of somatostatin in platelet parameter.Methods The PLT,PCT,MPV and PDW in different periods of MAP and SAP.Were tested.Results (1) The PLT and PCT were significantly decreased(P<0.01)in the patients with SAP compared to those in the patien with MAP,MPV and PDW obviously increased (P<0.05);(2)The PLT and PCT were significantly increased(P<(0.01)), and the MPV and PDW markedly decreased(P<(0.05)) after treatment of somatostatin for a week in the patiens with SAP.Conclusion The change of the platelet parameter is obviously different between MAP and SAP.Somatostatin could obviously increase PLT and PCT,and it could decrease the activity of the platelet,so it has certainly therapeutic and preventive effeets for SAP.
