心脏粘液瘤的诊断与外科治疗

目的 总结24例例心脏粘液瘤病人手术和非手术的临床转归。方法 分析病人的临床表现,诊断方法和不同部位粘液瘤的手术径路。结果 24例中20例经手术切除粘液瘤,随访18例,其中1例死于肺癌,1例死于脑溢血。未手术的4例中随访2例,1例发生脑梗塞,1例发生急性左心衰,2例均死亡,余2例失访。结论 心脏粘液瘤一经确诊,应尽早手术,早期手术可降低死亡率。

Clinical Analysis of 24 Cases Cardiac Myxoma Diagnosis and Operation.

Objective To show the clinical change of 24 cardiac myxomas with operation and non-operation. Methods Analising the sympotoms, diagnosis and variable operating accessess to different sites of myxoma. Results 20 cases were operated. ,of 18 cases followed-up,one died of lung cancer,another of brain hemorrhage, .of 2 cases followed-up of 4cases non-operated,1 case suffered from brain ischemia,another from acute left heart failure. Conclution As soon as the diagnosis is established,operation should be carried on as earlierly as possiblly. ,Earlier opertion can decrease the montality.
