| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重症监护病房（ICU）护士吸痰时佩戴眼罩的情况及影响因素,以提高ICU护士标准预防意识,加大标准预防执行力度,保障护理人员安全.方法 隐蔽观察北京3家三级甲等医院ICU护士及四川3家三级甲等医院ICU护士共180人,每家医院30人,观察每位护士吸痰时是否佩戴眼罩;同时对被观察的护士发放影响眼罩使用因素的问卷.结果 ICU护士吸痰时佩戴眼罩情况不容乐观.结论 ICU护士吸痰时需要加强自我防护意识,各级医疗卫生行政部门应加大标准预防执行力度,保障医护人员安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate current situation and influential factors of the application of eye mask in ICU nurses during sputum aspiration, to increase nurse' s consciousness of standard precaution, to advance practice of standard precaution and guarantee nurse safety. Methods A total of 180 ICU nurses were observed, including three 3 A grade hospitals of Beijing and three 3 A grade hospitals of Sichuan, 30 nurses each hospital. To Survey if the nurse use eye mask during sputum aspiration, to hand out the questionnaire of influential factors of eye mask application simultaneously. Results The application of eye mask is not optimistic. Conclusions ICU nurses should increase the precaution consciousness, all levels of medical government should enhance the practice of standard precaution and guarantee nurse safety. |
