| 摘 要： | 医学院校的人文精神塑造直接关系到所培养的医学生能否从根本上确立人文关怀的精神理念和价值取向，教会他们在拥有精湛的医术时，要学会做人，培养他们具有真、善、美的人格。主要阐述加强医学院校人文精神塑造的重要性与紧迫性；剖析目前我国医学院校人文精神建设现状；探讨医学院校加强人文精神塑造的出路与对策。

| Abstract: | Culturing humanism among the medical students exerts a direct influence on spirit idea and value trends of humanistic care fundamentally with increasing perfect medical skills, namely the students should be the civilized people and have truthfulness, graciousness and beauty in their character as well. The importance and the urgency on reinforcing molding humanism is also analyzed in context with current situation in China, and the strategy and measures are also discussed. |
