实验性大鼠脑出血后基底节区白三烯C_4的变化及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨实验性大鼠脑出血后白三烯C4 (leukotrieneC4 ,LTC4 )的变化及意义。方法 应用胶原酶和肝素联合定向注射致大鼠壳核脑出血模型 ,采用放射免疫分析法检测注射侧基底节区组织中LTC4 的含量变化 ,并用氢清除法定量监测注射侧壳核和皮层血流量的相应改变。结果 大鼠脑出血后 ,注射侧基底节区组织中LTC4 含量在注射 1h后均显著增加。同时出血组壳核和皮层血流量在注射后 1、3h均显著下降。结论 实验性大鼠脑出血后注射侧基底节区组织中LTC4 的产生明显增加且持续时间长 ,可能是脑血流量减少的区域扩大和继发性神经损伤加重的重要原因之一

Abstract:Objective To investigate change in leukotriene C 4 level in the basal tissue following experimental brain hemorrhage.Methods Using experimental rat brain hemorrhage model produced by injection of heparin and collagenase into the putamen,the content of LTC 4 in the left basal region was determined by radioimmunoassay.The blood flow in the left cortex and putamen was measured with hydrogen clear method.Results Following experimental parenchymal hemorrhage in rats,the content of LTC 4 in the left basal tissue was markedly increased after 1 hour.Meanwhile,in the hemorrhage group the blood flow in the left putamen and cortex was decreased at 1 h and 3 h.Conclusions Following experimental parenchymal hemorrhage in the rat,the production of LTC 4 in the basal ganglion of injection is markedly increased and lasts any hours,which may be one of the cause of extension of decreased cerebral blood flow and aggravation of brain injury.
