| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理满意度特征性预测指标。方法采用问卷调查的形式，对1500名患者护理满意度情况进行统计分析。结果护理满意度与患者的性别、学历、年龄相关（P〈0．05），与居住地（农村或城市）及费用类别（自费或医保）不相关。结论性别、年龄、学历是护理满意度具有特征性的预测指标，而居住地及医疗费用类型对预测护理满意度无指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristic predictors of patients' satisfaction with nursing care.Methods Fifteen hundred patients were surveyed with Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire(PSQ).Results The patients' satisfaction was significantly related with the gender,education level and age of the patients(P<0.05).The patients' satisfaction was not statistically related with location(city or country)and type of payment(out of pocket or medical insurance).Conclusion The characteristic predictors of patients' satisfaction include the gender,age and education level of patients.The resident location and type of payment are not significant in predicting patients' satisfaction. |
