四川彝族的起源初探--来自人类白细胞抗原-B基因的线索

目的：根据人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-B基因频率，探讨四川彝族的民族起源。方法：收集四川彝族群体的HLA-B基因频率和已报道国内其他主要民族人群的札A-B基因数据，运用唧口对HLA-B数据进行聚类分析。主成分分析由SPSS11．0完成。结果：从聚类树型结构图可知。我国主要民族明显分为南北两大群，四川彝族虽处于北方人群一组。但在遗传距离上介于南北方人群之间。主成分分析发现。彝族处于汉藏语系群体之中。与藏族群体关系最近。结论：从HLA-B基因的角度分析。四川彝族的HLA-B遗传特征表现为源于北方，与藏族关系密切。

The Origin of Sichuan Yi Ethnic Group Inferred by Human Leukocyte Antigen-B Gene Study

Objective: To study the origin of Sichuan Yi ethnic group according to human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-B gene frequency.Methods: HLA-B gene frequencies of Yi ethnic group and other related Chinese ethnic groups were col-lected.Cluster analysis and principle component analysis were performed by PHYLIP software and SPSS11.0 respective-ly.Results: From the phylogenetic tree formed by cluster analysis,mainly Chinese ethnic groups could be divided into Southern and Northern population.Although Sichuan Yi ethnic group was clustered with the Northern population,the ge-netic distance was between Southern and Northern population.By principle component analysis,Yi ethnic group showed close to Tibetan in the Han-Tibet speaking population.Conclusion: From the clue of HLA-B gene,Yi ethnic group shows the genetic characteristic of Northern Chinese and has a close relationship with Tibetan.
