| 摘 要： | 目的 评估骨肉瘤平片和CT的影像诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析26例经手术病理证实且均有正侧位X线片和CT片病例。结果 成骨型5例；溶骨型7例；混合型14例。结论 X线平片是最重要的常规检查方法，CT可提供更多诊断依据，应根据设备和病情使用平片、CT联合检查，可提高诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of X-ray plain film and CT in the diagnosis of osteosarcoma.Methods Twenty-six patients with surgically and pathologically proved osteosaroma underwent imaging examinations of postero-anterior and lateral X-ray plain film and CT.Results Among 26 patients with osteosarcoma,osteoblastic pattern sarcoma was found in 5 cases,osteolytic pattern sarcoma in 7,and mixed pattern sarroma in 14.Conclusion For the diagnosis of osteosarcoma,X-ray plain film is the most common method while CT can provide more diagnostic informations.The integration of X-ray plain film and CT will greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy of osteosarcoma. |
