高危新生儿229例听力损失因素调查分析

目的探讨高危新生儿听力异常发生率并分析导致听力异常的高危因素.方法采用瞬态诱发耳声发射和听性脑干反应对229例高危新生儿进行听力筛查.结果229例行TEOAE测试,未通过者95例,行ABR检查,结果异常者75例,其中,TEOAE测试通过而ABR结果异常者11例,TEOAE未通过而ABR结果正常者5例.结论229例高危儿经ABR测试听力异常者75例（32.75%）,TEOAE测试异常者95例（41.48%）.对高危新生儿进行听力筛查时,应同时采用TEOAE和ABR进行检测,并加强对致听力障碍因素的评估.

Factor Analysis of 229 High-risk Neonates with Hoearing Loss

Objective To explore the frequency of hearing loss in high - risk neonates and analyze the factors. Methods 229 high- risk neonates were screened firstly by transiently evoked otoacaustic emission and by auditory brainstem response secondly. Results Of these 229 cases in newborns, 95 cases did not pass TEOAE screening and 75 neonates were diagnosed hearing loss. There were 11 cases who passed TEOAE but with abnormal results of ABR test. Meanwhile, there were 5cases who did not pass TEOAE with normal results of ABR test. Conclusion Of these 229 cases in newborns, 95 cases did not pass TEOAE screening and with the abnormal rate of 41.48 % . Of the 229 cases screened by ABR, 75 neonates were diagnosed hearingloss and with the rate of 32.75%. So neonates should receive hearing screening both with ABR and TEOAE and much attention should be paid to high-risk factors.
