| 摘 要： | 通过对经济欠发达的山区农村卫生服务需求与利用的调查，发现山区农村居民卫生服务需求转变为合理的卫生服务利用的主要障碍是经济困难和卫生服务的可及性差；设备条件差、医疗费用高是农村居民对就诊医疗机构不满意的重要原因。合理布局农村社区卫生服务机构、提高基层医疗机构的服务质量、完善新农合的费用补偿机制是促进农民卫生服务需求转变为合理利用的有效途径。
