曲美他嗪联合常规疗法治疗不稳定性心绞痛

目的:观察在常规疗法基础上联合使用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法:将52例不稳定性心绞痛的患者随机分为2组,常规治疗组26例,予β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、钙离子阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、抗血小板药物和调脂治疗;联合治疗组26例,在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪,2组治疗时间4周,观察2组症状、动态心电图变化。结果:与常规组比较,在缺血发作次数、S-T段最大下降幅度、总缺血时间减少指标上联合治疗组比常规治疗组显效率更高、疗效更好,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合应用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛是更有效、安全的治疗方法。

TRIMETAZIDINE COMBINED WITH ROUTINE TREATMENT THERAPY FOR INSTABILITY ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Trimetazidine combined with usual therapy for instability angina pectoris. Methods: 52 cases of the patients with instability angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: routine treatment group (n=26) and combined treatment group (n=26). βreceptor blocker, nitrates, Ca2+ blocker, the inhibitor of angiotensin transferase, and anti-platelet drug were used in the routine treatment group and Trimetazidine combined with routine therapy in combined treatment group for 4 weeks. The changes of symptoms and dynamic ECG of the patients from the two groups were observed. Results: The combined treatment group showed much better curative effects than routine group in all indices of ischemia attack times, decreasing amplitude of S-T segment, reducing total ischemia time (P <0.01). Conclusion: Trimetazidine combined with routine therapy are much effective and much safe for instability angina pectoris.
