泻肝健脾方煎剂治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

[目的]研究泻肝健脾方煎剂治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]将128例IIkS-D随机分为2组，治疗组64例用泻肝健脾方煎剂为基本方，随证加减治疗，每日1剂，水煎早晚服；对照组64例用易蒙停2mg，谷维素40mg，均每日3次。2组均以4周为1个疗程。疗程结束后，对其疗效及安全性进行评价。[结果]治疗组总有效率92．18％，对照组64．06％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。2组均可不同程度地改善IBS-D临床症状，在改善大便性状（稀便）、消除腹痛、腹胀、排便窘迫方面治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05，〈0．01）。[结论]泻肝健脾方煎剂治疗IBS-D具有明显的临床疗效，且使用安全。

Clinical investigation of Xieganjianpi in treating diarrheal Irritable bowel syndrome

[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xieganjianpi in treating diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. [Methods]One hundred and twenty eight patients with diarrheal IBS were randomly divided into treatmeat group（n = 64） and control group （n= 64）. In treatment group Xieganjianpi were given a dose a day,twice to drink,while in control group 2mg Imodium and 40mg Oryzanol were given 3 times a day. The period of two group＇s therapy lasted 4 weeks equally. After the period of treatmeat, the efficacy and safety were evaluated. [Results] The total effective rate in the treatmeat group （92. 18%） was higher than that in the control （64. 06%）. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 01）. All symptoms were obviously reduced respectively in two groups before and after giving medicine （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Despite the reduce of the times of feces had no significant differences between two groups （P〉0. 05） ,the form of feces and other symptoms including bellyache changed better in treating group than that in controlling group（P〈 0. 01）. [Conclusion]There is exact efficacy and safety of Xieganjianpi in treating diarrheal IBS. It＇ s worth to research and extend in clinic.
