摘    要:目的考察三叶虫茶中白杨素苷的提取工艺。方法以HPLC法测定白杨素苷含量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优选提取工艺。结果白杨素苷最佳提取工艺:三叶虫茶加20倍量80%丙酮,于65℃水浴提取2次,每次75 min,其含量为30.2 mg·g^-1。结论优化后白杨素苷提取工艺合理可行,能确保有效成分提取基本完全,为其开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To explore the extraction process of chrysin-7-glucoside from Sanyechong tea. Methods Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the extract method and the process parameters to obtain the determination of chrysin-7-glucoside by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The optimum extraction was 20-fold of 80% acetone refluxing extraction twice and each for 75 min at 65 ℃. The content of chrysin-7-glucoside was 30.2 mg · g^- 1. Conclusion Orthogonal test can optimize the extraction process of chrysin-7-glucoside. The method is rational and feasible, and can be used to extract the active ingredients and as a reference for further development.
