| 摘 要： | 文章根据2006-2012年太原市新农合运行相关数据,从基金风险情况、医疗费用情况、农民受益情况三个层面分析了太原市新农合运行情况与开展新农合支付方式改革的关系;结合太原市实际,提出了通过支付方式改革解决新农合运行问题的建议：病种和医疗机构全覆盖,合理设定支付标准,建立考核及评估办法,完善相关配套措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the CMS operation data in Taiyuan city from 2006to 2012,This paper analyzed the operation and payment reform of CMS in Taiyuan from the aspects of fund risk,medical expenses,and farmers＇ benefit,and then put forward the suggestion of payment reform to solve the problems in the operation,which included complete coverage of diseases and health care institutions,setting reasonable payment standard,establishing examination and evaluation methods,and improving the relevant supporting measures. |
