摘    要:目的探讨用DRAGONMED ESR2010全自动血沉分析仪和传统魏氏法测定红细胞沉降率的相关性及其临床应用。方法对328例门诊及住院患者同时用全自动血沉分析仪和魏氏法进行对比检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果两种方法比较差异不显著(P>0.05),相关系数0.9843,回归方程Y=0.9587X 0.0538,表明两种方法测定结果无显著性差异,相关性好。结论全自动血沉分析仪操作简便、快速,结果准确,可以代替传统魏氏法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relevance and clinical practice by determining erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) with automatic ESR analyzer and traditional Westergren's method. Methods 328 cases' ESR was measured with automatic ESR analyzer and traditional Westergren's method simultaneously. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The difference of ESR measured methods is no distinct (P>0.05).The correlation coefficient is 0.9843 and regression equation is Y=0.9587X 0.0538, which indicates the relevance is very well. Conclusion The operation of automatic ESR analyzer is simple and fast, and the measured result is accurate. The automatic ESR analyzer can replace Westergren's method to determine ESR.
