| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效差异和不良反应。方法将86例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。治疗组采用奥硝唑口服,对照组采用替硝唑口服,疗程均为5d。结果①治疗组显效率为88.4%,对照组显效率为67.4%,两者比较,差异有显著性(χ2=5.47,P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的总有效率均为100%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为9.3%和14.0%,差异无显著性(χ2=0.45,P>0.05)。结论奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效与替硝唑相似。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect difference between ornidazole and tinidazole in treatment of cases with trichomonal vaginitis and theirs side effects. Methods 86 cases with trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=43)who were given orally ornidazole for five days, and control group(n=43)who received orally tinidazole for five days. Results The improved rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (88.4% vs. 67.4%, P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group had no difference from control group(100% vs. 100%, P>0.05). The rate of side effects of treatment group had no difference from control group (9.3% vs. 14.0%, P>0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole has the same efficacy with tinidazole in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis. |
