摘    要:为阐明高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对体内肝组织的生物学效应,本研究用超声图像定量分析方法观察小型香猪肝脏受损组织的形态学变化.用超声定位的HIFU体外断层切除肝脏靶区.并用定量分析系统检测靶区,发现HIFU治疗前后超声图像有明显差异.结果提示:超声图像定量分析可用于监测HIFU治疗后受损组织的形态学变化.

Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound IIIFU) on the liver in vivo, the morphological changes in a large animal model were detected by ultrasonic image. One region of the liver was selected as a target tissue by ultrasonic imaging. Then, using the method of focal planes, the target part of the liver was resected by ultrasound-monitored HIFU with a 1.6 MHz extracorporeal spherical-bowl transducer. Ultrasonic images of liver at the selective region were acquired before.immediately. and consecutively after HIFU treatment. The big difference of ultrasonic image at the selective damage of liver in vivo before and after HIFU treatment was detected by diagnostic ultrasound. It was observed immediately after focused extracorporeal pyrotherapy. Sharp changes in ultrasonic image were also detected by consecutive monitoring after treatment. It was correspondent to the histological characteristics of the changes of the damaged tissue. These results suggest that as a method to detect necrosed tissue, the ultrasonic image may also be used as an indicator of morphological changes after HIFU treatment.
