| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声动态观察对胎盘早剥的诊断价值.方法对临床疑似胎盘早剥的27例患者进行超声动态观察.结果 B超诊断胎盘早剥24例,诊断符合率88.89%,漏诊3例.结论对临床疑似胎盘早剥病例进行超声动态观察具有重要诊断和鉴别诊断价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the function of dynamic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abruptio placentae Methods A total of 27 patients with suspicious abruptio placentae were monitored with dynamic ultrasonography Results Twenty four patients were diagnosed on ultrasonography and 3 patients were misdiagnosed Conclusions Dynamic ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abruptio placentae. |
