广州市居民恶性肿瘤死亡追踪研究

目的 了解广州市居民10年来恶性肿瘤死亡变化情况，提高恶性肿瘤防治效率。方法调查广州市居民1990—2000年恶性肿瘤死亡情况，分析10年后恶性肿瘤死亡危险性变化。结果 (1)广州居民恶性肿瘤死亡仍以肺癌、肝癌死亡为主，绝大部分恶性肿瘤死亡率男性大于女性；(2)10年来，肺、肝、肠、乳腺(女性)等几种主要恶性肿瘤死亡率均明显上升，与1990年相比，10年后其死亡危险性男性居民分别增加38．0％、34．0％和98．0％，女性居民分别增加34．0％、26．0％、45．0％和69．0％，其中30～44岁组男性以肺癌、肝癌和鼻咽癌为主，危险性分别增加55．0％、40．0％，和73．0％，女性以乳腺癌和肺癌为主，危险性分别增加125．0％和42．0％。结论 恶性肿瘤防治迫切且重要，防治宜从早开始；目前广州居民宜重点做好肺、肝、肠癌和女性乳腺癌的防治工作。

A Study on Mortality of Malignant Neoplasm of Guangzhou Citizen

OBJECTIVE To investigate the mrortalities of malignant neoplasm in Guangzhou citizen.METHODS To survey the malignant neoplasm mortalities of Guangzhou citizen in 1990 and 2000 respectively,and to analyze the relative risk of mallgnant neoplasm death.RESULTS (1)The main kinds of malignant neoplasm which Guangzhou citizen died from were lung eancer and liver cancer.For most kinds of malignant neoplasm,their mortalities in male were higher than those in female.(2)During the ten years,mortalities of lung,liver,intestine and breast(female)cancer were increasing.To compare with the risks in 1990,the increased death risks of lung,liver,intestine cancer in 2000 were 38.0%,34.0%and 98.0%respectively in male and of lung,liver,intestine and breast cancer 34.0%,26.0%,45.0%and 69.0%respectively in female.The increased death risks of malignant neoplasm in 2000 in those who aged 30 to 44 were mainly from lung,liver and nasopharynx cancer in male,and were 55.0%,40.0%and 73.0%respectively,and were mainly from breast and lung cancer in female,and were 125.0%and 42.0%respectively.CONCLUSION It is instant and important for the prevention and treatment of malignant neoplasm.The prevention and treatment of malignant neoplasm should start from early age.At present,the prevention and treatment of lung,liver,intestine and breast cancer in Guangzhou citizen should be emphasized.
