摘    要:为探讨低浓度一氧化碳对成年及老龄大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响。实验选用Wistar雄性健康3月龄成年及18月龄老龄大鼠。成年鼠组暴露于自然空气、10、25mg/m^3CO,老龄鼠组暴露于自然空气、10mg/m^3CO。每组均为5只。暴露方式为静式染毒,2小时/天,染毒30天。测定全血、心组织、脑组织GSH-Px。结果表明,成年大鼠在25mg/m^3CO染毒下,第30天血液及脑组织G

Abstract:To explore the effects of low level carbon monoxide(CO)on glutathione peroxidase (GSH P x ) in rats,the healthy 3 month old Wistar male adult rats and 18 month old Wistar male aged rats were selected as experimental animals,which were exposed to 0,10,25 mg/m 3 CO and 0,10 mg/ 3 CO respectively There were 5 rats in every group.All of the observed rats were exposed to CO statically for 30 days,2 hoursperday The activities of GSH P x in blood,heart and brain tissue of rats were determined The results showed that the activities of GSH P x in the blood and brain tissue in adult rats significantly increased at the 30th exposure day to 25 mg/m 3 CO,but those in the blood,heart and brain tissue revealed no significant variances in both of adult rats and aged rats exposed to 10 mg/m 3 CO It indicated that CO levels of 25mg/m 3 and 10 mg/m 3 for adult rats were the threshold and sub threshotd concentration respectively It was also considered that aged rats exposed to 10 mg/m 3 CO were not more sensitive than adult rats in the increase of GSH P x activities induced by CO
