右开胸、三野手术治疗中上段食管癌56例

目的:总结右开胸、三野手术方式治疗中上段食管癌的价值。方法:56例胸中上段食管癌患者经右侧第五肋间、前外侧切口进胸,食管次全切除,经食管床胃代食管颈部吻合。结果:无围手术期死亡病例,术后发生吻合口瘘1例,经治疗后痊愈,喉返神经损伤2例,吻合口狭窄3例。无严重并发症发生,疗效满意。结论:右开胸三野手术治疗中上段食管癌切除率高,淋巴结清除彻底,并发症少,是治疗中上段食管癌理想、安全的手术方式。

The three -field radical resection of esophagus carcinoma through opening the right chest

Objective:To evaluate the method of three-field radical resection of esophagus carcinome through opening the right chest for middle and upper segment esophagus .Method: 56 cases patients whose carcinoma lied in the middle and upper segmend esophagus were operated through opening the right chest between the five and six rib,and the esophagus were cut sub-entirely and replaced by stomach with neck anastomosis through esophagus bed.Results:There were no dead patients in the perioperative period. There was one post- operation anastomosis fistula which recovered after treatment. There were two recurrent laryngeal nerve injuried. And three patients whose anastomosis were nsrrow.There were no serious complications. Concclusion:The three-field radical resection of esophagus carcinome throngh opening the right chest was an ideal,safe method.
