| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜在阑尾切除术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院开展腹腔镜阑尾切除术 4 8例的诊治经过。结果 完成手术 4 8例。手术时间 2 0～ 6 0min ,平均 30min。术后平均2 .5d出院。无并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有创伤轻、痛苦小、恢复快、疤痕小等优点 ,是治疗阑尾炎安全、有效的方法

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods 48 patients with appendicitis were subjected to LA.Results 48 cases were operated successfully.The operating time was 20 to 60 min.The hospital stay was 2.5 (2 3)days.No postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion LA has the virtue of minimal trauma,less suffering,fast recovery and small scar.It is a safe and useful method for treating appendicitis. |
