| 摘 要： | 作者用直接和间接ELISA方法,对成都市6所医院初生婴儿582例的脐应进行了巨细胞病毒(CMV)IgM抗体检测。结果:两种方法检出CMV IgM抗体阳性者共27扮,阳性率4.6％,其中用直接ELISA检测,阳性者25份,间接ELISA阳性者为15份。前者明显优于后者(P<0.05),表明其敏感性高,特异性强。CMV IgM抗体阳性儿临床随访至5～6月龄,2例听力异常,1例眼底可疑异常。

| Abstract: | Cytomegalovirus IgM (CMV IgM) anti-bodies of 582 cord sera from 6 hospitals inChengdu were detected by direct ELISA andindirect ELISA. Twenty-seven cases withCMV IgM antibody positive were datectedfrom 582 cord sera. Twenty-five and 15cases were found to have CMV IgM antibodyby direct ELISA and indirect ELISA, respec-tively (P>0.05). Indirect ELISA for detec-tion CMV IgM antibody was only interferedby high concentration of CMV IgG andrheumatoid factor. Children with CMV IgMantibody positive were followed-up to 5-6months. Hearing loss was detected by im-pedance audiology in only 2 cases. But theother physical and mental examinations werenortmal. The result showed that the preva-lence of congenital CMV infection is 4.6%in our study and direct ELISA method ismore specific and sensitive than indirectELISA method to detect CMV IgM antibodyin cord serum. |
