提取白术挥发油的两种常见方法比较

摘    要:目的比较白术挥发油的不同提取方法以及不同溶剂提取对实验结果的影响,为确定最佳提取方案提供依据。方法分别用水蒸气蒸馏法和超声波提取两种常用方法提取白术挥发油,对提取后的样品进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果超声波提取的挥发油的含量高于水蒸气蒸馏法,且薄层斑点更清晰。在这种方法下,以甲醇为溶剂时所得的挥发油含量更高,且斑点更明显。结论白术挥发油提取方法不同及同种方法不同溶剂提取的挥发油含量均存在差异,以甲醇为溶剂的超声波法提取白术挥发油更为完全。
