| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述反木桶原理的基础上,提出了运用反木桶原理做好医院科技创新战略管理应采取的措施,即：加强重点学科建设,突显医疗技术特色;立足现状各个突破,推动整体学科进步;密切协作相得益彰,构建和谐学科关系;建章立制完善设施,夯实科技创新基础。
