消化性溃疡299例临床特点分析

目的探讨消化性溃疡的病因分布特点。方法回顾分析我院2008年消化性溃疡住院患者的临床资料。结果（1）共检出消化性溃疡患者299例。十二指肠溃疡（DU）168例、胃溃疡（GU）81例、复合性溃疡（CU）45例、吻合口溃疡（SU）5例。（2）299例中男206例，女93例，男女之比为2．21：1。（3）各种消化性溃疡的幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性率不同（P〈0．05）。（4）消化性溃疡合并出血的Hp阳性率为94．50％，不合并出血的Hp阳性率为71．05％（P〈0．05）。（5）消化性溃疡患者发病平均年龄DU为42．5岁，GU为48．5岁，CU为50．1岁，SU为54．5岁。结论消化性溃疡的发病以DU多见，男性发病率多于女性，溃疡合并出血者Hp阳性率高，复合溃疡Hp阳性率最高。

Clinical analysis of 299 cases of peptic ulcer Analysis

Objective To investigate the distribution of the characteristics of the causes of peptic ulcer. Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital inpatients in 2008 the clinical data of peptic ulcer. Results (1)Detectecl a total of 299 cases of peptic ulcer patients. Duodenal ulcer (DU) 168 cases(accounting for 56.1%), Gastric ulcer (GU) 81 cases (27.09%), composite ulcer (CU) 45 cases (15.05%), anastomotic ulcer (SU) 5 cases (1.67%).(2)299 cases in 206 cases of male, 93 cases of women,male to female ratio was2.21 : 1 .(3)A variety of Helicohacter pylori peptic ulcer (Hp)-positive rate of different, DU 79.76%, GU 69.14%, CU 100%, SU 60%.(P<0.05).(4)Bleeding peptic ulcer com-plicated with Hp-positive rate of 94.50%, not of Hp hemorrhage rate was 71.05% positive.(P<0.05).(5)The average age of onset in patients with peptic ulcer DU is 42.5 year-old, GU is 48.5 Year-old, CU is 50.1 Year-old, SIT is 54. 5Year-old.Conclusiona The incidence of peptic ulcer is mostly DU, Incidence rate for men than women , bleedingulcer with a high rate of Hp-positive, compound the highest rate of ulcer Hp-positive, DU than GU late morbidity average 6years, CU later than 8 years, 12 years later than the SU.
