| 摘 要： | 本文报告了25例急性心肌梗塞患者,发病后一周内用放射免疫法检测血浆内ET和ANF浓度变化。发病数小时ET达峰值,时间与血清酶CK相近。一周内ET与ANF呈渐降趋势,但始终高于对照组,且二者在大面积梗塞组与心功能不全组明显高于小面积梗塞组与正常心功能组。同时发现,大剂量尿激酶静脉溶栓(13例)对血浆ET浓度无明显影响,而对血浆ANF有升高作用。

| Abstract: | 25 Patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were reported about the level change of endothelin and atrial natriuretic factor measured by way of radioimmnology with in one week after the AMI occurring. Peak value was reached several hours after the onset, the time needed is close to that of CK. ET and ANF in a tendency of gradual reduction in the week. hut they were higher than that of control group. Both of the valuals in patiehts with large area AMI or heart function defficiency were obvionsly higher than in ones with little area AMI or normal heart function. It was discovered in the study that large dose of urokinase for intravenous thrombolysis dosen't have effect on plasma ET but have increasing effect on plasma ANF. |
