摘    要:目的了解连云港地区儿童微量元素水平及缺乏类型。方法于2006年8月—2008年7月对幼、托机构进行健康检查0.6~6岁3275名儿童,按0.6岁-、1岁-、3—6岁年龄分组,采集微量末梢手指血,采用BH5100型和BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪分别测量Cu、Ca、Zn、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd等7种元素。结果3个年龄组婴幼儿微量元素总体水平在正常范围内,婴幼儿缺乏的类型有4种:①缺乏一种微量元素;②同时缺乏2种或2种以上;③Pb超标,但仍缺乏某种微量元素;④某种元素超标(中毒)。发现在同一年龄组缺乏2种及多种微量元素比率显著高于缺乏1种微量元素(P〈0.05)。结论微量元素是人类赖以生存的重要物质,在婴幼儿期应定期进行微量元素监测,制定有针对性的干预对策,保证儿童身体健康发育。

Abstract:[ Objective] To understand the levels of trace elements and lack of types among children in Lianyungang city. [ Methods ] 3275 children { grouped as 〉 0.6 years old, 〉 1 year old and 3 ~ 6 years old } from children care departments were examined during August 2006 -- July 2008. Their trace peripheral blood were collected, BH5100 and Bit21100 atom absorbing spectrographs were adopted to measure the contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, Fe, Pb, and Cd. [ Results ] The overall levels of trace elements among the 3 age groups were normal, the lack of 4 types of elements among children were : (1) the lack of 1 trace element; (2) the lack of 2 kinds or more than two kinds of elements; (3)superscalar of Pb , but still lack of some trace element; (4)superscalar of a certain element ( poisoning ). In the same age group, the percentage of lack of 2 trace elements was significantly higher than the lack of 1 (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Trace elements were significant materials to human being, the infancy children should be conducted on a regular basis to monitor the trace element, and intervened effectively to ensure children healthy growth.
