大学生对艾滋病知信行及健康需求调查分析

目的了解大学生对艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状的了解情况,探讨针对大学生的艾滋病健康教育方法。方法采用整群抽样的方法对2所大专院校学生进行问卷调查及统计分析。结果大学生艾滋病知识知晓率为92.0%;对艾滋病病人有关怀态度的占89.6%;曾有过性行为的学生占7.9%,首次性行为使用安全套的占52.8%;HIV监测结果均为阴性。结论部分大学生艾滋病防范意识淡薄,应加强健康教育工作,提高安全套的可及性。

Investigation and analysis on HIV knowledge,behaviors and health needs among college students

Objective To understand the HIV related knowledge,attitude and behaviors among college students and explore specific HIV education method to this population.Method Adopting cluster sampling method and carried out questionnaire and statistical analysis to students of 2 colleges.Results HIV knowledge awareness rate among college students was 92.0%,89.6% showed concern to AIDS patients.About 7.9% of the students had sexual behavior and 52.8% used condoms during first sexual intercourse,HIV monitoring results were all negative.Conclusions Part of college students had low HIV awareness,so we should enhance the health education and improve the availability of condoms.
