卡维地洛与美托洛尔对2型糖尿病合并冠心病血糖血脂影响

目的探讨卡维地洛与美托洛尔对2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人糖、脂代谢影响。方法确诊为2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人116例，随机分成2组，分别接受卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗，随访6个月，检查治疗前后血糖、血脂及其相关指标变化。结果卡维地洛治疗组空腹血糖及胰岛素水平、血脂水平均比治疗前有下降，而美托洛尔治疗组血糖水平较前升高，血脂水平改变不明显。结论卡维地洛与美托洛尔治疗糖尿病合并冠心病病人对糖、脂代谢的影响差异有统计学意义。

The effects on the metabolic of plasma sugar and lipid between carvedilol and metoprolol in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease

Objectives To explore the difference effects on the metabolic of plasma sugar and lipid between earvedilol and metoprolol in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease. Methods 116 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the earvedilol group and metoprolol group, followed up interval 6 months. Plasma sugar, lipid and correlative assessments of the two groups were recorded. Results Carvedilol decreased the level of fast plasma sugar, secretion of insulin and plasma lipid . Metoprolol promoted the level of fast plasma sugar, there was no significant change in the level of plasma lipid. Conclusions Carvedilol and metoprolol in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease have significantly difference effects on the level of fast plasma sugar and lipid.
