| 摘 要： | 目的；观察精氨酸强化的肠外营养对大肠肿瘤病人手术并门静脉化疗后免疫功能的影响。方法：随机选择大肠癌病人３６例，分为常规组和精氨酸强化的ＰＮ组，加入精氨酸２０ｇ／６０ｋｇ体重于３Ｌ袋中，ＰＮ支持１周。在术前，术后１，４，７天测定ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＭ，ＣＨ５０，Ｃ３，Ｃ４，Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群（ＣＫ３＾＋，ＣＤ４＾＋，ＣＤ８＾＋及ＣＤ４＾＝／ＣＤ８＾＋比值），ＮＫＣ活性和ＩＬ－２。结果：术后体液免疫和
