| 摘 要： | 目的应用脉冲Nd YAG激光治疗牙齿颈部敏感症.方法观察276颗牙颈部敏感患牙对3种治疗方法的效果,A组75%氟化钠糊剂涂布;B组脉冲Nd YAG激光照射;C组75%氟化钠糊剂涂布后再用脉冲Nd YAG激光照射.结果氟化钠与脉冲Nd YAG激光照射联合治疗即刻有效率100%,3月有效率仍在95%以上(P<0.05). 结论 氟化钠与脉冲Nd YAG激光照射联合治疗组的近期临床疗效肯定,优于单用脉冲Nd YAG激光治疗,具有临床推广价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical effect of Nd:YAG laser in treatment of hypersensitive dental necks. Methods: 87 patients, 276 teeth were divided into three groups, Group A : treated with sodium fluoride alone. Group B : lased by pulsed Nd:YAG laser. Group C: treated with combined sodium fluoride and pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation. Results: The instant efficiencies of Group C was 100%. Three months later, the efficiency of the Group C was about 95%. The efficiency had statistically significant difference between each groups (P<0.05). As a result, to dehypersensite with combined sodium fluoride and pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation on dental necks is available and valuable. |
