| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）与非左室肥厚（ＮＬＶＨ）患者的室性心律失常与ＱＴｃｄ的关系。方法 对１００例有或无左室肥厚高血压患者行ＱＴｃｄ与２４小时动态心电图监测，结果 ＬＶＨ组ＱＴｃｄ室性心律失常，复杂室性心律失常明显高于ＮＬＶＨ组（Ｐ〈０．０１），并发现ＬＶＨ组有ＱＴｃｄ〉６０ｍｓ者室性心律失常检出率明显高于ＬＶＨ而ＱＴｃｄ〈６０ｍｓ者（０．０５≥Ｐ〉０．０１）。结论 高血压ＬＶＨ组ＱＴ

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the
association of Ventricular arrhythmia in left A Ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and without
LVH(NLVH) with QT dispersion(QTd). Method The QTd of ambulatory ECG in 100 hypertension
with LVH and NLVH were observed. Results QTcd LVH group and ventvicular arrhythmia were
significantly higher than that in NLVH group(P<001).The finding rate of Ventricular arrhythmia in
LVH group with QTcd>60ms was higher than in LVH group with QTcd<60ms (005P>001).
Conclusion The results suggest that the QTcd increasing in LVH group is one of the reasions of
ventricular arrhythmia.It is important that the hypertentsion patients with LVH should be treated
effectively. |
