| 摘 要： | 目的了解居民碘盐覆盖率低于80%地区的人群碘营养状况及影响因素,为制订今后的防治措施提供科学依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,水碘和尿碘浓度检测采用砷铈催化分光光度测定法,盐碘含量检测采用直接滴定法。结果居民碘盐覆盖率在29.86%～69.66%之间,8～10岁儿童尿碘中位数217.24μg/L,监测乡水碘中位数在5.51～527.08μg/L之间。结论沧州市碘盐覆盖率低于80%地区的8～10岁儿童碘营养从总体看略高于适宜水平,与饮用水碘含量较高有关,今后的食盐加碘措施,要因地制宜,不同地区不同对待。
