周口市2010年居民层次碘盐监测结果分析

目的了解周口市碘盐居民食用情况,及时发现问题并采取相应的干预措施,为辖区内实现消除碘缺乏病县级目标考核工作提供科学依据。方法根据《河南省碘盐监测方案》,碘盐生产、批发企业每月按东、西、南、北、中5个方位抽取一批9份盐样检测含碘量;居民户碘盐监测,在每县（区）按东、西、南、北、中划分5个方位抽取9个乡（镇、街道办事处）,每个乡（镇、街道办事处）抽取4个行政村（居委会）,每个村（居委会）抽取8份盐样,每县（区）共采集288份盐样检测含碘量。结果居民层次非碘盐率0.72%、碘盐覆盖率99.27%、碘盐合格率98.40%、合格碘盐食用率97.67%。结论从碘盐生产、批发企业及居民户碘盐监测质量指标上看,周口市已实现全市消除碘缺乏病县级目标考核;一些偏远地区还存在一定的非碘盐冲击和不合格碘盐食用情况。

Analysis of iodine content in salt at household level from 2010's surveillance results in Zhoukou
