| 摘 要： | 本文报导了应用酶免疫法检测血清风疹特异性抗体ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ的方法及其在诊断风疹上的意义。风疹血清特异性抗体ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ可以作为风疹快速特异的早期和近期诊断指标，而且在鉴别风疹与麻疹上具有重要意义，另外还提出了检测时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper reports dection methods ofanti - rubella lgG & lgM from patients sera by EIA and its application to rubella diagnosis.The specific antibodies lgG & lgM can he used as theearly and recent marker of rubella virus infection .The marker is signficiant of identification betweenrubella and measles, In addiction , some attentiveprolblems of detection were offered. |
