| 摘 要： | 68例食管恶性狭窄患者使用微波开通狭窄段 ,放置国产带膜金属支架。结果 68根支架放置成功 ,成功率10 0 % ;吞咽困难均得到明显缓解 ,其中显效 12例 ,良效 7例 ,完全缓解 5 7例 ,总有效率 10 0 % ;无上消化道出血及其他严重并发症。国产金属覆膜支架结合微波组织凝固疏通技术治疗食管恶性狭窄经济、安全、有效

| Abstract: | Sixty-eight patients with severe esophageal stenosis were administered by metal thin coating and microwave.All patients were successfully placed cage and dysphagia was remission and the observable efficiency was found in 12 cases,benign efficiency 7 cases,complete remission 57 cases,and the total efficiency rate was 100%.No hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and other serious complication were found.In conclusion,the treatment with domestic metal thin coating stent and microwave is safe,effective and cheap for severe esophageal stenosis patient. |
