反射性癫痫的24h脑电图监测

摘    要:目的探讨反射性癫痫的EEG变化。方法对34例不同类型反射性癫痫在特定刺激下作动态EEG监测,以常规EEG作比较。结果动态EEG异常率(62%)与痫样放电检出率(53%)均高于常规EEG的35%与26%。痫样放电的部位主要涉及到额、前颞。诱发异常占所有动态EEG异常的76%。结论AEEG对提示反射性癫痫是原发还是继发及对预后判断有帮助。

Abstract:Objectives To study electroencephalogram(EEG) changes of reflex epilepsy. Methods Its were summarized that EEG materials of 34 various types of reflex epilepsy patients who performed 24-hour ambulatory EEG(AEEG) monitoring while exposed under special stimulating. Results The results showed that abnormalities rate 62% and the detection rate of epileptiform EEG discharge 53% by AEEG were significantly higher than the abnormalities rate of 35% and 26%by routine EEG.Locations of epileptiform discharge were mainly involved in frontal lobe and anterotemporal lobe.AEEG abnormalities evoked by special stimulating accounted for 76% of overall AEEG abnormalities. Conclusions AEEG changes could indicate whether reflex epilepsy was primary or secondary,and predict prognosis.
