摘    要:目的 调查舟山市海产品中副溶血性弧菌(VP)的污染情况。方法 分3个季度,从舟山市不同的农贸市场采购鱼类、虾类等海产品作为检测对象,采用稀释培养计数(MPN)法对其中所含的VP进行定量检测,同时对分离到的VP进行毒力基因检测。结果 不同月份VP在鱼、虾等海产品中的含量呈明显的波动,分离到的33株VP中有2株副溶血性弧菌耐热溶血素阳性。结论 舟山市海产品中VP污染严重,应引起足够的重视。

Abstract:Objective The study was conducted to identify the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in sea foods.Methods Seafood such as fish and shrimps purchased from individual farm markets in Zhoushan city in three separated quarters are sampled and analyzed.Vibrio parahaemolyticus was quantitatively identified using most probable numbers(MPN),and isolates were detected for toxin genes.Results The density of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood varied significantly on a monthly basis.TDH genes were detected in 2 out of 33 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Conclusion Heavy Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination was found in sea products in Zhoushan,requiring urgent attention.
