CA125、CEA检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用

目的：对CA125、CEA检测在卵巢癌诊断中的作用进行分析和探讨。方法：将2004年1月～2006年1月来我院进行住院治疗的30例卵巢癌患者作为卵巢癌组和30名健康女性为对照组。采集三组患者在空腹状态下的静脉血液3ml，对血清中CA125、CEA的含量进行测定，并对卵巢癌组、良性卵巢病组单项检测的阳性率与联合检测的阳性率进行比较。结果：检测结果显示卵巢癌组患者血清中CA125和CEA的水平要明显高于良性卵巢病组合正常对照组，且差异非常显著。结论：CA125和CEA联合检测可以摄著提高对卵巢癌患者的阳性预测率，能够帮助医生更加及时、准确的对患者是否患有卵巢癌进行判断，具有重要的临床意义。

CA125,CEA detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer

Objective： CA125, CEA detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were analyzed and discussed. Methods： January 2004 - January 2006 to our hospital for hospital treatment of 30 patients with ovarian cancer, to 30 healthy women as control group. Collected three groups of patients in the fasting state of the venous blood 3ml, on serum CA125, CEA levels were measured, and ovarian cancer, benign ovarian disease group. Results： that ovarian cancer patients serum levels of CA125 and CEA was significantly higher than in benign ovarian disease to combination of the normal control group, and the difference is very significant . Conclusion： CA125 and CEA combined detection can significantly improve the positive predictive of ovarian cancer rates, could help doctors more timely and accurate in patients with ovarian cancer to determine whether, with important clinical significance.
