| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益肾平肝方对自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）血压、血清一氧化氮（NO）和内皮素（ET）的影响。方法：将10周龄SHR随机分为模型组（蒸馏水）、中药组（益肾平肝方）、西药组（洛汀新）、WKY作为正常对照组（蒸馏水）,每组8只,用药12周。测量大鼠实验0、6、12周时血压;12周末,检测大鼠血清ET、NO含量变化。结果：与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血压、ET含量均明显升高（P〈0.01）,而血NO含量均明显下降（P〈0.01）;与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血压、血ET含量均明显下降（P〈0.01）,血NO含量均明显升高（P〈0.05）;中西药治疗组之间没有统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：益肾平肝方可以调节血管内皮功能、舒张血管,从而降低血压。
