盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注佐治婴幼儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的探讨静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索辅佐治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年7—12月于我院儿科就诊的102例支气管肺炎患儿，随机分为两组，氨溴索治疗观察组56例，常规治疗对照组46例，两组患儿均给予相同的综合治疗，观察组在上述治疗基础上，于入院24h内加用盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉滴注，观察并记录每位患儿临床表现和不良反应，进行比较。结果观察组的咳嗽持续时间、肺部中或细湿哆音持续时间、喉部痰鸣音持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且两组患儿均无明显不良反应。结论盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注辅佐治疗支气管肺炎疗效满意。

Clinical Observation on Efficiency of Ambroxoi for the Treatment of Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical observation on efficiency of ambroxol for the treatment of pneumoma. Methods 102 infants with pneumonia in our hospital from July 2012 to December 2012 were divided randomly into two groups, control group （n =46） was given the conventional therapy, patients in observation group （n =56） were administered with am- broxol on this basis, then study the difference of coughing duration time, fine rales duration time and hospitalization time. Re- sults Observation group was superior to the control group in coughing duration time, fine rales duration time and hospitalization time, and the differences was statically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ambroxol was absolutely significant in the thera- py of pneumonia.
