青年女性精神分裂症患者经颅超声多普勒分析

目的：探讨青年女性精神分裂症患者大脑供血情况。材料与方法：运用经颅超声多普勒对51例青年女性精神分裂症患者的脑动脉血流进行检测，并与50例无精神疾病和脑血管病史的正常女性（对照组）比较。结果：病例组左侧大脑前动脉舒张期血流速度、双侧大脑后下动脉收缩期血流速度、左侧大脑后动脉收缩期血流速度低于对照组（P〈0．01），左侧小脑后下动脉收缩期血流速度高于对照组（P〈0．03）。结论：青年女性精神分裂症患者脑内局部血流供应减少。

TCD Analysis of Young Female Schizophrenics

Purpose: To explore the cerebral blood flowfeature with young female schizophrenic patients.Materials and Methods :Transcranial doppler ultrasonography was performed on 51 young female schizophrenics and 50 control subjects to detect the velocity of cerebralbloodflow.Results :The Vd of left anterior cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery and Vs of left posterior cerebral artery were lower thanthecounterpart,but the Vd of left posterior interior cerebral artery were higher thanthe counterpart.Conclusion :The supply of cerebral bloodflowis reducedlocallyin youngfemale schizophrenics.
