综合疗法治疗扁平疣54例疗效观察

目的：探索扁平疣的有效治疗方法。方法：治疗组口服阿昔洛韦片、潘生丁片、西米替丁片，外用重组人干扰素a-2b乳膏和维A酸乳膏；对照组口服病毒灵片，外用药物同治疗组。两组10d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为93.10%，痊愈率65.52%，对照组有效率为60.00%，痊愈率28.00%。两组有效率比较及两组痊愈率比较统计学均有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01），治疗组显著优于对照组。结论：口服阿昔洛韦、西米替丁、潘生丁，外用重组人干扰素a-2b凝胶和维A酸乳膏交替外涂综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效显著可靠，值得临床推广。

The curative effects, of combining therapy in 54 cases with flat wart

Objective:To investigate the effective therapy methods of flat wart.Methods:The treatment group were treated with Luowei,dipyridamole,pearl-sago po,and human recombined interferon a-2b and vitamine A emulsifiable paste for external application;The contral group were treated with anti-virus drugs,the drugs for external application were same to the treatment group.Results:The efficiency rate in treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The patients with flat wart can get good therapy effects treated with Luowei,dipyridamole,pearl-sago po,and human recombined interferon a-2b and vitamine A emulsifiable paste for external application;the methods are worth of being extended clinically.
